At long last, its off to the airport. Our 'plane leaves at 2359 HRS!!! We decided to go to the airport early to inconvenience Crystal and Craig the least. It also allowed Lidy to get in some pre-shopping. 2015 HRS seemed to be an appropriate time!
After bidding Crystal and Craig farewell, we went to find the check-in queue which had (luckily) only ten people in it.
The astute among you will have already realised that there would be a one-hour wait for the check-in to open, but as we had nothing better to do, we decided to wait and reserve our space in the queue thus assuring first refusal on the seats we wanted.
